Facebook is a wonderful way to communicate with friends, family, and associates. By its very nature you will find people you haven’t heard from in a long time, and reach new people with very little effort. It allows you to post announcements, comments, photos, videos, and do many other useful applications. It can easily be used for both personal and business!
With the rise in popularity of Facebook, it has become the number one Social Media site on the Internet. We realize that even getting started is often the hard part. If you have never been on Facebook before and are essentially scared to start your own account, then we can help you get things moving forward. Or, if you already have a personal account, then we can help you get moving with your business page.
This initial setup entails helping you get all of your company bio information posted, uploading your logo and/or pictures, and giving you a quick tutorial on how to use the page in the future. There is no reason to be scared of Facebook – it is easy – but we can make it even easier if you need the help. The cost of this depends on how much we do for you.

Like any other marketing, just because you have created your Facebook page doesn’t mean that anyone is ever going to find it.

We can help you get new “Fans” or “Likes” on your page. The idea is that we help lay out the initial interaction with other like minded people and businesses for you. We try to get people to look at your page so that your popularity and visibility increases.

Facebook Instructional Classes & Videos
In general, Facebook is really easy to use. Most people find that they can figure it out, even when Facebook changes things on them. But, not all of us are that good at learning software and are adaptable to change. So, we do offer “Instructional Classes” that are personal to you. These can be done on the phone (using remote access into your computer), can be Instructional Videos where we walk you through things and you can watch it over and over again, and/or can be done in person if you are in the Flagstaff area. The cost is dependent on how long the class(es) are and how quickly you learn.
A Rule: Post Your Own Content
With all of the “Social Media” sites, we strongly recommend that you post your own content. You are your best representative, and thus will know what to post and what to respond when others ask questions or post comments.
Some of our clients have expressed reservations about the time it will take to do this, but we wish to make you realize that you can post as much or as little as you wish. There are no deadlines or rules to how much you must post. As with anything, the more involved you are the more successful it tends to be… Never feel pressured by having to post information. One posting a month with good content is far more effective than daily postings that don’t say anything and become junk to the reader. The only thing we stress about this is that you do post something periodically. Having a dead account is worse marketing than not having it at all. So, as long as you are willing to periodically post to your Social Media, then it is a great marketing resource.
